In the 17th century, Fjäderholmarna was the last spot on the string of taverns along the boat routes to Stockholm, which were frequently used by fishermen to deliver fresh fish to the city. Today, the restaurant Fjäderholmarnas Rökeri runs in a more modern way with a focus on our own smoked products, which are also sold in our deli for those who want to take away traditionall toast skagen , salads, smoked shrimp, charcuterie on the boat or out to the bathing rocks. The smokehouse is open for table reservations during the summer months.
