Example
- Boat trip to Fjäderholmarna – the trip begins with a short and scenic boat trip through Stockholm's archipelago.
- Arrival fika – welcomed with coffee, tea and sandwiches to give a good start to the day.
- Meetings and activities – hold conferences in our flexible meeting rooms, with a view of the water and all the technology you need.
- Lunch according to agreement – e.g. a delicious main course, a three-course lunch or archipelago buffet.
- Afternoon fika – coffee, tea, fresh fruit and freshly baked buns to regain energy.
Half day / Full day - Meeting & Conference
- After Work – end the day with a relaxed AW by the water. Choose between wine, beer, cocktails and various snacks while you enjoy the tranquility of the archipelago.
- Dinner – continue the evening with a delicious three-course meal, accompanied by a carefully selected beverage package to complete the day.
- Boat trip home – finish with an evening trip back to the mainland after a productive and inspiring day.

Booking conditions
Prices include VAT
- Cancellation: Cancellation must be made at least 30 days before the event date to avoid being charged.
- In case of cancellation 29-10 days before the event, 50% of the cost of the event is charged.
- In case of cancellation 10-1 days before the event, 75% of the cost of the event will be charged.
- Payment: Payment is made by credit card on site, alternatively via invoice if this has been pre-registered and approved. Card details are needed to secure the booking; no money is deducted at the time of booking, only in case of no-show.
- Adjusting the number of guests: Up to 48 hours before the event, the number of guests can be adjusted by 1-3 people.
- Other: The booking must be signed and any advance paid for the booking to be confirmed. The prices are inclusive of VAT.
